個人簡介
2002年本科畢業于武漢大學生命科學學院百万彩票注册链接百万彩票注册链接。
2007年在中科院上海生命科學研究院健康科學研究所獲博士學位。
2008年至2015年在美國哈佛大學醫學院以及公共衛生學院從事博士后研究工作。
2015年6月加入上?百万彩票注册链接?萍即髮W生命科學與技術學院任助理教授、研究員。

主要研究內容
實驗室主要研究方向是腫瘤分子遺傳和免疫基因組學。研究內容包括:1百万彩票注册链接,腫瘤分子遺傳,結合小鼠模型,生化細胞手段研究腫瘤新靶標和機制百万彩票注册链接。研究新腫瘤特異基因、新腫瘤DNA變異的功能;制備新式腫瘤小鼠模型,精確模擬由體細胞多基因突變引發的人類腫瘤百万彩票注册链接。2,腫瘤免疫基因組,從腫瘤基因組角度研究免疫治療的標志物和靶標。發現新的腫瘤基因組標志物以高效區分免疫治療有反應和不反應病人;提高腫瘤細胞免疫原性,把免疫治療不反應病人變成有反應病人。研究手段有:腫瘤基因組生物信息學分析、生化細胞技術和小鼠模型。詳情可參考實驗室主頁:http://liuxslab.www.esthernunez.com
